Recent goal and impact:

A significant goal I achieved was the partnership and execution of the first ‘Daily Shop’ concept for our long-term client, Whole Foods Market. Through early engagement, pre-construction, and a strong construction management approach, we ensured that the delivery of this concept exceeded our client’s expectations while responding to various challenges. The impact of this project delivery was tremendous in that it upheld a core philosophy of CM&B in client service, operational excellence, and being a reliable partner to a client who has trusted our commitment for 20+ years.

Sharing knowledge and expertise:

My approach is to be accessible, supportive, and collaborative. Whether finding opportunities to partner with a colleague to share knowledge and support our next generation of leaders or ensuring a client has direct communication with me and understands my specific areas of expertise. I believe in being transparent about my expertise while leveraging the strengths of our collective teams to build trust, collaborate effectively, problem-solve and deliver the best outcomes.
