Recent goal and impact:
Champion Elevator recently surpassed 6,000 elevators under service, a major milestone reflecting our team’s dedication to safety, service, and strategic growth. This achievement not only expanded our market presence but also deepened trust with clients who value quality and responsiveness.
Turning problems into opportunities:
When global supply chain delays disrupted the elevator industry, we turned inward — establishing relationships with our exiting elevator parts suppliers as well as to new manufacture and distribute so we were and able to source hard-to-find components. What started as a problem evolved into a new competitive advantage.
Giving Back:
My commitment to philanthropy is a driving force in my life. I serve on boards for the Maurer Foundation, SUNY Old Westbury, and Cross County Savings Bank, and support causes like Friends of Karen, Bideawee, and Tomorrow’s Hope. These roles allow me to give back in meaningful ways — whether it’s advancing education, health, or financial literacy in our communities.

Sharing knowledge and expertise:
I frequently speak at industry events, mentor upcoming leaders, and collaborate with trade schools and organizations to bridge education and experience. I believe in giving back to the industry that gave so much to me.
