Recent goal and impact:

I recently completed the Certificate in Real Estate Investment at NYU Schack, which sharpened my underwriting skills and helped me take a more disciplined approach to deals. I applied what I learned to close a 30,000 s/f shopping center at 137-20 Cross Bay Blvd. for $14.7 million with my partner Matt Colantonio. Sharing insights from the program with my team has elevated how we approach transactions, and it’s given me the confidence to pursue larger opportunities.

Sharing knowledge and expertise:

A recent goal I set was to post twice a week on LinkedIn and Instagram to engage with anyone interested in real estate. I focus on market insights, real-world experiences, reflections on the market, and listings I’m working on. By time blocking — a key lesson from The Massimo Group — I’ve stayed consistent. It’s led to greater awareness of what I do and has helped highlight the different channels and arms of Schuckman Realty Inc., ultimately strengthening our brand presence.
