Corporate Culture: How does your organization foster a culture of innovation among employees and leadership? Innovation is embedded into our firm’s operations. We leverage technology and AI to enhance client engagement, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making. An internal AI Committee and Master Classes foster skill development in a collaborative structure that encourages the exchange of ideas. By aligning our leadership vision with employee empowerment, we create a culture where innovation drives excellence and client success.

Innovative Outlook: Where do you see the biggest opportunities for innovation in the commercial real estate sector? The greatest opportunities lie in the application of AI. We have been early adopters of AI, and our centralized operation provides a strong foundation to harness its potential. With interconnected data and files across the organization, we are positioned to explore transformative applications of AI. We see opportunities to use AI to streamline underwriting, build tailored buyer shortlists for specific listings, and improve overall efficiency.

Impact Highlight: Describe a recent program, initiative, or process implemented by you and the impact on your firm, organization, or community. To support our centralized operation, we recently released a CRM-integrated tool that allows our teams to execute deals directly within the platform. This centralized system helps teams produce detailed client reports, enhances the transparency of high level information sharing on specific deals, and highlights the overall market activity for each client in the database, which can be recycled in many ways across different processes.

Beyond Buildings: How do you see innovation in commercial real estate creating a broader impact on communities and the people who live and work in them? Innovation is closely tied to our mission of empowering clients, employees, and communities to reach their full potential. We empower our people to become local leaders in the communities where they work, and we consistently encourage team members to give back—both through their time and financial resources. In this way, innovation is not only about advancing real estate, but about fostering stronger, more resilient communities.
