Strategic thinking is crucial as it allows me to assess market trends, identify lucrative opportunities, and make informed decisions. By analyzing data, evaluating risks, and setting clear objectives, I can navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape with confidence. Effective communication is another essential skill. By conveying my vision to stakeholders, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with clients, I can foster trust and collaboration. Clear and concise communication ensures that everyone involved understands the goals and objectives, leading to successful outcomes. Lastly, adaptability is paramount in an industry that is constantly evolving. Whether it’s adjusting to market fluctuations, embracing new technologies, or finding innovative solutions to challenges, being adaptable allows me to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging trends.

By combining strategic thinking, effective communication, and adaptability, I am able to navigate the complexities of the real estate world and drive success in my role as a real estate executive and developer. These skills empower me to create impactful developments, foster meaningful connections, and achieve long-term growth.

What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? Family. Tradition. Passion. Our family overcame significant odds to achieve the American Dream, migrating from Guyana to Queens, working strategically to build up a real estate business to pass down to the next generation. It is our honor to continue the family legacy, applying hard lessons earned in creating quality, safe, housing to strengthen the middle class. Our passion is to uplift communities, transforming lives through philanthropy and sustainable, clean energy practices that improve the environment.
