What advice can you offer to someone who is just getting started in your industry?
Become a sponge without fear of failure. Listen intently, work relentlessly, and be kind to people in the process. With that combination, good things are bound to happen.

If you have a mentor, who is it and how has this relationship influenced your professional growth?
I have several that I’d prefer to keep anonymous. These relationships have opened more doors for me than I could have ever imagined. Bouncing ideas off of someone who has done it is beneficial–humbling on good days, supportive on tough days.

What was your favorite thing to do when you were a kid?
Compete with brothers. It did not matter what it was, we always wanted to win. The youngest of three, I was usually the underdog, which instilled a chip on my shoulder that I hope never goes away.

Who or what do you attribute to your success?
Mentors and the people surrounding me. They have proven instrumental in my maturation process.
