Ziabee Home Furnishing now open at North Village Shopping Center

North Brunswick, NJ Ziabee Home Furnishing has opened its first United States location at North Village Shopping Center on Route 1 , accoring to Levin Management Corporation (LMC). The furniture and home décor showroom offers a curated collection of luxury, classic and contemporary furniture pieces and accessories.

Established in 2019 with a flagship store in India, Ziabee serves residential, commercial and hospitality customers. Its modern, high-quality products are crafted to meet the unique needs of its clientele. The North Village Shopping Center showroom features exclusive designer pieces made in Italy, Spain and Istanbul, Turkey.

LMC serves as leasing and managing agent for the 124,000 s/f shopping center. Leasing representative Ed Vasconcellos III arranged the 1,600 s/f Ziabee lease on behalf of property ownership. “North Village Shopping Center enjoys a prominent, accessible Route 1 address, making an ideal location for Ziabee Home Furnishing’s first regional showroom,” Vasconcellos said. “This new tenant certainly enhances and complements the property’s retail mix, and shoppers are sure to welcome such a distinctive concept.”

Located within a highly trafficked regional retail corridor, North Village Shopping Center is anchored by Michaels and home to a popular Trader Joe’s location. Other tenants include Staples, Ulta Beauty, Mattress Warehouse, Panera Bread, Chili’s, Smashburger, Wu’s Shanghai Dumpling House and Lux Nails.
