Colliers International has arranged an eight-year, 10,000 s/f lease for Meltwater Group, which is relocating its N.Y. offices to 1375 Broadway. Lance Yudkin, of Colliers, represented Meltwater in the lease. Separately, the Colliers leasing team of Marty Meyer, Eric Meyer, Michael Thomas, and Jack Cohen, represented the landlord, Savannah Funds.
Completed in 1928, 1375 Broadway is a 27-story, 450,000 s/f office building at the southeast corner of West 37th St., which includes street level retail.
