Volpe of Highcap Group finances $2.4 million loan

Brooklyn, NY Michael Volpe, director of finance for Manhattan-based investment sales brokerage firm Highcap Group has arranged a $2.4 million acquisition and construction loan on 95 Diamond St. in Greenpoint. The site is located between Norman and Nassau Aves., a short distance away from the G train at Nassau Ave. 

Volpe said, “This transaction was completed for a reputable developer that needed to move quickly. The plan is to gut-renovate and expand the two-family property into a seven-unit 6,200 s/f multifamily rental apartment building.”
