They share that the mortgage industry is very active and competitive right now and they have mortgage originators spread throughout the country so they can stay on top of area market trends. Tom says that as a loan originator, he does the initial screening and has realistic expectations of what a loan package will look like. The turn-around time for approved loans is quick and they will consider loans that others may potentially shy away from.
