Albany, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered 14 sales and leases.

• Kenneth Brownell and Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine and Jessica Curtis of CBRE-Stamford brokered the 15-year lease between RCSH Operations, LLC known as Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Wolf Road Park II, LLC. The 8,000 s/f restaurant is located at Metro Park, 1 Metro Park Dr.

• Christopher Farrell of Vanguard-Fine and Bruce Ginsburg of Ikon Realty Group brokered the five-year lease between Stretch City LLC and Windsor Wolf Road Properties, LLC. The 1,817 s/f facility is located in the Hannaford Plaza, 98 Wolf Rd.

• Farrell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine brokered the 20-year lease between Aldi and Bloomingrove Drive, LLC. The 20,464 s/f store is located at 604 Bloomingrove Dr., North Greenbush.

• Farrell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine brokered the five-year lease between Stretch City LLC and Delaware Plaza, LLC. The 1,756 s/f facility is located in Delaware Plaza, 180 Delaware Ave., Delmar.

• Benjamin and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine and Lucas Quinn of Pyramid Brokerage Company of Albany, Inc. brokered the three-year lease between Eternal Scents and Jupiter Park, LLC. The 5,600 s/f facility is located at 16 Jupiter Ln., Colonie.

• Barry Feinman and Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine, brokered the sale of Rte. 205, Oneonta, between buyer Stewart’s Shop Corp. and the seller HEG Properties. The purchase price was $834,300.

• Lerner of Vanguard-Fine, brokered the sale of 1 Archie Bordeau Rd., Plattsburgh between the purchaser Sarbjeet Sahota – Raj Pertroleum, Inc. and the seller Mark LeClair and related trusts. The purchase price was $1.85 million.

• Barry and Benjamin Feinman of Vanguard-Fine, brokered the 20-year lease between Carrols Corp. – Burger King and Redstone Properties, LLC. The 2,851 s/f restaurant pad site is located at 216 Northside Dr., Bennington, VT.
