Vanguard-Fine brokers 11 leases and 3 sales totaling $2.6 million

Albany, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC negotiated three sale transactions totaling $2.6 million and 11 leases for more than 23,500 s/f.

  • Paul Bulmer, Kenneth Brownell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine, and Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered the lease between JP Morgan Chase and Pyramid Management Group, LLC. The Chase ATM is located at Crossgates Commons, Albany.
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman with Donovan brokered the sale of 204 Oak St., Batavia between purchaser – PEMM, LLC and seller – National Retail Properties. The purchase price was $1.45 million.
  • Benjamin and Barry Feinman, and Brownell brokered the lease between Laced Up and MDB Enterprises. The 3,551 s/f office is located at 12 Petra Lane, Albany.
  • Benjamin Feinman brokered the lease between Veiled Collections, LLC and Touhey Associates. The 3,279 s/f business will be located at 30 Kraft Ave., Colonie.
  • Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the sale of 115 Riverside Dr., Carthage, between purchaser – Sarbjit Singh and seller – Allen and Barbara Williams. The purchase price was $850,000.
  • Benjamin Feinman brokered the lease between Tech Valley Filters and The Latham Four Partnership. The 4,412 s/f office is located at 30 Kraft Ave., Albany.
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman and Donovan and Jake Rivera of Caliber Commercial brokered the sale of 243 North Hamilton St., Painted Post, between  purchaser – Quick Service Realco, LLC and seller – Chemung Canal Trust Company. The purchase price was $300,000.
  • Bulmer, Brownell and Barry Feinman and Donovan brokered the lease between JP Morgan Chase and DF Acquisitions 11, LLC. The Chase ATM is located at 16 North St., Troy.
  • Christopher Farrell, Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the lease between Audiologic Solutions, Inc. – Stefan Fosco and Quaker Queensbury. The 1,500 s/f Audiologist office is located at 118 Quaker Rd. in Queensbury.
  • Farrell, Barry Feinman and Brownell and Todd Drowlette of  Titan Commercial Real Estate brokered the lease between Bowled Inc. and Delaware Plaza. The 1,440 s/f restaurant is located in Delaware Plaza, 180 Delaware Ave., Delmar.
  • Farrell, Brownell and Barry Feinman and Tracy Lauer of Widewaters brokered the lease between 5 Below and Aldi – South Windsor Division. The 9,301 s/f store is located at 763 Upper Glen St., Queensbury.
  • Feinman and Kenneth Brownell brokered the lease between Benson’s Pet Center and GBR Ballston Ave., LLC and Plaza South Resources L.P. The 9,270 s/f store is located at Price Chopper Plaza on Rte. 50, Saratoga Springs.
  • Benjamin Feinman brokered the lease between Applied Technical Services and  Colonie Industrial Park, LLC. The 5,000 s/f office is located at 132 Lincoln Ave., Suite 102, Albany.
  • Bulmer, Brownell and Barry Feinman and Donovan brokered the lease between Chase Bank and Arcadia New Loudon, LLC. The Chase Bank is located in New Loudon Plaza, Latham.
