Urban Edge signs Relive Health to 3,579 s/f at Rutherford Commons

East Rutherford, NJ Urban Edge Properties signed Relive Health to a lease for its first Northeast location at Rutherford Commons. This new anti-aging and wellness destination, which will open in a 3,579 s/f location early next year, is operated by Empire Portfolio Group. The property is now 100% leased.

Relive Health was represented by Jamie Sackeim of The Shopping Center Group.

“Adding Relive Health to this center is a terrific complement to our fitness, dining and essential retail offerings,” said Justin Lustig, VP of leasing for Urban Edge Properties. “With this deal, our partnership with Empire Portfolio Group continues to grow, benefitting the communities we serve by offering high-quality, in-demand services.”

Founded in 2017, Relive Health provides anti-aging and wellness services which include hormone optimization, medical aesthetics, vitamin therapy, and regenerative medicine. Clients are evaluated individually to create a customized treatment program that addresses each client’s unique needs. The company currently operates 11 health centers across five states with plans for more than 100 locations across the U.S. The mission of Relive Health is to help people take control of their “healthspan” (the length of time that a person stays healthy) through personalized wellness products and services. The personalized plans focus on both short- and long-term anti-aging services that work from the inside out.

Located close to MetLife Stadium on Rte. 17, a north-south highway bisecting Bergen County, Rutherford Commons is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement and has recently expanded the parking availability. Relive Health joins Orangetheory Fitness, Starbucks, Massage Envy and other tenants at the property.
