Urban Edge signed Ashley Furniture to long-term, 24,211 s/f lease in Union, NJ

Union, NJ Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) has signed Ashley Furniture to a long-term, 24,211 s/f lease at West Branch Commons. Replacing an empty Office Depot store, Ashley Furniture will anchor the property alongside Lowe’s and Burlington. With this lease, West Branch Commons is 98.7% leased, with just one in-line and one pad vacancy available. 

“We have successfully worked with Ashley Furniture at a number of our properties and are very pleased to continue that relationship and revitalize West Branch Commons with a new anchor,” said Scott Auster, senior vice president and head of Leasing at Urban Edge. ”After looking for space in this market for a long time, West Branch Commons proved to be an ideal fit for Ashley’s newest store.”
