United Properties Corp. purchase 120,000+ s/f retail shopping center

Atlanta, GA Long Island-based United Properties Corp. has recently expanded its Georgia footprint by completing the purchase of Acworth Crossing, a 120,829 s/f retail shopping center. Acworth Crossing hosts a national and regional tenant roster including Crunch Fitness, PetSmart, Dollar Tree, and pOpshelf.  

The asset was purchased from Monarch at Atworth Crossing, LLC for $15 million. The sale was brokered by Collin Cambas of Marcus and Millichap and Louis Granteed of Tobin Real Estate. Financing was provided by Truist Bank and brokered by Meridian Capital.
