Two Trees Management arranges 49,000 s/f in office leases and expansions for The Refinery at Domino

Brooklyn, NY Two Trees Management Co., a family-owned, Brooklyn-based real estate development firm, has arranged new office leases at The Refinery at Domino, totaling over 49,000 s/f of space. The leasing activity included three expansions from existing tech-industry tenants: Whop, which expanded its footprint by 20,000 s/f, LayerZero, which also more than doubled its footprint, and FLORA, which experienced rapid company growth soon after signing its first lease.

In addition to the recent expansions, the new tenants that signed in the space include Plastic Labs, Verse, Bond New York, Metal, Literally Media, Pogo, and Marise Ann Inc., which recently launched its inaugural supplement brand, MomentM. As reflected in the new leases, The Refinery at Domino has become a hub for fintech and AI companies, including Merit Systems, and Minerva, among many others. Their presence reflects Williamsburg’s transformation into one of New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods for high-growth tech companies, which are especially drawn to the diverse talent pool that lives in the neighborhood, The Refinery at Domino’s innovative design, and the more dynamic, lifestyle-driven work environment. New York City just ranked as the second-leading startup ecosystem in the world, behind San Francisco, and the Williamsburg waterfront is at the forefront of this growth.

The Refinery at Domino is one of the only commercial buildings in the city that offers access to the waterfront with six acres of green space, public amenities at Domino Park, and water transportation via the New York City ferry line.

Most recently, on June 3rd, the event featured compelling presentations and live demos from leading innovators, including Google DeepMind, IBM, FLORA, RunLoop AI, Superblocks, PromptLayer, Whop, Reality Defender, and Every!. The events showcase cutting-edge AI advancements and provide networking opportunities for tenants and attendees, underscoring The Refinery’s role as a dynamic focal point for the city’s tech community.
