Titan Capital completes three loans totaling $19.1 million in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NY Titan Capital has arranged the following three loans totaling $19.1 million:

• A $10.5 million construction loan in the Crown Heights neighborhood. The loan is secured by a to-be completed seven-story building that will contain 39 residential condo units. Financing was originated by Titan’s CEO David Saferstein and senior underwriter Jeremy Levart.

• A $7.5 million construction loan in the Crown Heights neighborhood. The loan is secured by a to-be completed six-story building that will contain 26 residential condo units. Financing was originated by David Saferstein and Levart.

• A $1.1 million loan in the Bay Ridge neighborhood. The loan is secured by two waterfront condo units. Financing was originated by Titan’s president Ira Saferstein and senior lending officer Matthew Job.
