The Housing Summit gathers national leaders in NYC to drive the future of affordable housing

Manhattan, NY The Housing Summit will be held in New York City on September 18, 2025, bringing together the nation’s foremost leaders in housing, finance, and public policy. This high-impact, half-day summit aims to reimagine housing as a catalyst for economic power, community resilience, and inclusive growth.

Following its successful international debut in Hong Kong earlier this year, The Housing Summit makes its U.S. launch in one of the most dynamic and influential housing markets in the world, New York.

From capital alignment to policy reform, the summit provides a rare opportunity for private investors, public leaders, developers, and philanthropists to collaborate on actionable solutions to today’s housing crisis.

Newly confirmed speakers include:

  • Craig Livingston, managing partner at Exact Capital, known for advancing equitable development through innovative public-private partnerships.
  • Mark Bennett, co-founder of The Housing Summit, real estate developer, and urban pioneer, recently featured in The New York Times for his work on Dreamtroit, an arts-driven affordable housing project revitalizing Detroit.
  • Blair Smith, senior director at the Milken Institute, who focuses on bridging capital access gaps in underserved communities.

“The Housing Summit is more than a gathering—it’s a platform for real solutions and real collaboration,” said Karen Gamba, co-founder of The Housing Summit and CEO of EXV Agency. “Our aim is to bring decision-makers and innovators into one room to reshape what housing can look like for the next generation.”

Held in the heart of New York, the summit features dynamic conversations on investment strategies, opportunity zones, community ownership models, and equity-driven policy reform. Attendees will gain insight into scalable models and connect with the people shaping the future of housing in America.

Tickets are now available at www.thehousingsummit.com. Due to limited capacity and high demand, early registration is strongly recommended.
