Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates complete 4,694 s/f of renewals at Purchase Professional Park

Purchase, NY According to Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates, 4,694 s/f of long-term lease renewals have been signed at 3010 Westchester Ave. at Purchase Professional Park. 

Northwell Health Physician Partners is renewing in their 2,850 s/f space, which provides the highest quality in pediatric orthopedics to the NY Metro region. 

Aesthetic Podiatry & Sports Medicine Center is also renewing and expanding into a 1,844 s/f space within the building, adding a surgery center. 

“The renewals of these two outstanding healthcare providers are a testament to the vitality of this campus, which has become a hub of medical excellence along Westchester Avenue,” said Joanna Simone, principal & president of leasing and property management operations for Simone Development Companies.

The lease transactions were handled by in-house leasing and legal teams.
