The Preservation League of New York recently recognized the Webb Lofts with the "Excellence in Historic Preservation" award. The mixed-use facility is located in the downtown area on 92 Pearl St.
The developer of the project is Rocco Termini of Signature Development. Carmina Wood Morris P.C. provided architectural services to the project. The Webb Loft currently houses 36 apartment units and a day care center on the first floor.
