Sains and Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group complete 2,720 s/f lease at 383 Third Avenue

 

 

Manhattan, NY Daniel Rodriguez Sains and William Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group represented the landlord in a 2,720 s/f lease at 383 Third Ave. (between 27th and 28th Sts.) The tenant, the owners of Blue Haven NYC, was represented by Henry Rossignol and Cosmo Montemurro of Murro Realty. The lease consists of a 1,420 s/f ground floor, a 400 s/f mezzanine space and a 900 s/f basement.

Zac Pease (Attaboy) is joining forces with the team from Lucky Jack’s, Blue Haven and Donnybrook to open his debut location in the former Van Diemans space. The cocktail lounge will feature small plates of fresh southern California inspired food in a bright, airy and inviting setting. The space – which has 22 ft. high ceilings, a mezzanine, skylight, and two bars – will be transformed by the operator.
