RHAMCO completes 20,000 s/f housing facility at Fordham Univ.

RHAMCO's latest project is "Williams Hall," a 20,000 s/f, 44 bed, full-service student housing facility located at 2353-2358 Hughes Ave. in the Little Italy section of the Bronx. This brand new complex offers everything from high-end finishes, fully furnished apartments with 42" flat screen TVs, on-site laundry facility, workout room, study room, private parking garages and a monthly cleaning service.

Williams Hall consists of four and five-bedroom, two full bath apartments. Students have the option of paying an "all inclusive" price which includes all utilities, Internet and basic cable or paying all expenses separately.
