Rand Commercial negotiates the sale of 150 Sister Servants Ln.

Sloatsburg, NY The estate formerly known as "Table Rock" was built for the great-grandson of Alexander Hamilton; "The Room Where It Happened". This property, rich in history and detail features 52 rooms most with fireplaces on 40+ acres and most recently was the home / convent to St. Mary's Villa Retreat.

This property will be the new home to "The Ranch Hudson Valley” a spa brought to you by the owners of “The Ranch Malibu". The addition of the spa/hotel will add jobs and increase tourism to Rockland County.
