Evertz of Pyramid reps the owner in 6,000 s/f industrial lease to Harlan

New to the area, Harlan Electric Co. a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc., located in Rochester Hills, Mich., leased 6,000 s/f of industrial service and office space at 6060 Butternut Dr. Harlan Electric, has been providing electrical construction services since 1891. Bill Evertz of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the owner, Tracey Holdings LLC.
