Mark Zborosky & Co. closes $3 million for 72-unit bulk apartment sale

Mark Zborovsky & Co., Inc. has closed on an all cash $3 million bulk sale of sponsor units. The sale was a block of 72 rent stabilized co-op and condo apartments located in 2121 Shore Pwy. in Sheepshead Bay and on Ave. S Gravesend area. Both the seller and the buyer of the block are individual investors, large owners of sponsor co-ops and condos in New York. Mark Zborovsky represented both the seller and the buyer.
