Bailey of WinStar sells 30,000 s/f retail pad site

WindStar Properties has sold a 30,000 s/f pad site at the northwest corner of Debbie Ln. and Matlock Rd. to Panda Express, who will construct a 2,448 s/f restaurant. Cynthia Bailey of WindStar Properties represented the landlord, Mansfield Matlock Investors I, Ltd. The tenant was represented by United Commercial Realty.
