The renaissance in market-rate housing in downtown Syracuse took another step forward as city and federal officials joined together with representatives from The Community Preservation Corp. (CPC), Fannie Mae, and the developers to celebrate the completion of The Lofts at Franklin Sq., a $13.5 million mixed-use redevelopment project. The developer of the project is Franklin Properties, LLC.
