USAA acquires 74 acres for 465,600 s/f dist. center

USAA Real Estate Co., in development partnership with Seefried Industrial Properties, Inc., acquired 74 acres for the build-to-suit development of a 465,600 s/f regional distribution center. Home Depot, Inc. signed a 20-year lease to occupy the space upon its completion this fall. The transaction price has not been disclosed.
