Lightstone Group signs 7-Eleven to 2,500 s/f lease

The Lightstone Group has signed 7-Eleven to a 10-year, 2,500 s/f lease at the Browntown Shopping Center, located on Rte. 516. The center recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation that included a building facelift and enhanced lighting. The parking layout was also restructured and landscaped.
