Eighteen three and four-bedroom town homes and single-family villas at the residential development "The Peninsula," are to be sold at a Sunday, May 17 auction conducted by Sheldon Good & Company Auctions, LLC. The open outcry auction will be held at The Westin Annapolis, 100 Westgate Circle, Annapolis, Md. Registration begins at 11 a.m. with the auction commencing at noon. Viewing dates are May 2, 3, 9, 10, and 16 from noon to 3 p.m.
