Lee & Associates NYC represents Chi Chicken in securing first Manhattan location in Flatiron

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC has represented hotpot restaurant, Chi Chicken, in launching its first location in the city and second location in New York City. Chi Chicken will occupy 2,500 s/f of ground-level space in a 10-year lease at 37 West 26th St., a historic 12-story mixed-use building in Flatiron. Chi Chicken, which opened its first location in 2024 in Long Island City, Queens, anticipates opening the new location in November of 2026. 

Catherine O’Toole, Stephanie Moore, David Scher, and Jordan Cohen from Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, Chi Chicken. The landlord, Windsor Management, was represented by its in-house leasing team.

37 West 26th St. is located between 5th and 6th Aves., less than a block from Madison Square Park and near to the iconic Flatiron building. Built in 1908, this 129,473 s/f building features a historic facade with a newly renovated interior. The ground floor of the building contains three dining units, and the upper floors contain office space. 37 West 26th St. is accessible via the R, W, F, M, 1, and PATH trains.
