CBRE arranges two new financial services office leases at 575 Madison Ave.
Manhattan, NY CBRE has completed two new office leases at 575 Madison Ave.with JTC Group and Arc24 Management, two financial services firms relocating to the building.
JTC Group a UK-based, publicly listed global fund administration services company, will relocate from 630 Fifth Ave. (Rockefeller Center). Arc24, a New York-based investment firm specializing in corporate and structured credit, is moving from 207 E 57th St.
The CBRE team of David Hollander, Gregg Rothkin, Brad Auerbach, Maxwell Tarter, and William Hooks represented the building ownership in both lease transactions. JTC Group has leased the entire 20th floor, totaling 15,926 s/f Arc24 will occupy a newly built 3,068 s/f space on the 12th floor.

JTC Group was represented by John Nugent and Joe D’Apice of CBRE, while Arc24 Management was represented by Michael Pallas and Margaux Kelleher of JLL.
Since being appointed as the exclusive leasing agents for Steinberg & Pokoik’s 575 Madison Ave., CBRE has secured leases for 125,000 s/f at the property, attracting a diverse roster of professional services firms. Seven full floors remain available in the 25-story, 385,347 s/f Class A office building, including three with terrace access. Large blocks of space, ranging from 63,000 to 74,000 s/f, are available on the 9th through 11th and 17th through 19th floors. The building ownership is also in the process of designing additional new pre-built units on the 9th floor, with various sizes and layouts.
575 Madison features a renovated lobby, retail space, and upgraded elevator cabs. The building is ocated near multiple public transportation options, including the 4, 5, 6, N, R, W, E, and M trains. Amenities include a conference center, lounge, and a terrace on the 26th floor overlooking the intersection of 57th St. and Madison Ave.
