IREM NYC welcomes two new certified members to the chapter

Manhattan, NY It’s always a happy occasion when new certified members are installed in the IREM chapter! It’s even better when the president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is there to do the honors! All certified IREM members pledge to adhere to IREM’s Code of Professional Ethics, which was read by Dawn Carpenter, CPM. She swore-in Anjuli Lopez as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Julius Lamar as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) at IREM NYC’s annual rooftop cocktail party. Chapter president Jessica Tusing, ARM, CPM and IREM regional vice president Michael Torres, CPM were also on hand to welcome IREM’s two newest members. Congratulations and welcome to Lopez and Lamar!
