Lee & Associates NYC assists Parched Hospitality Group in relocation of Isla & Co.
Brooklyn, NY Lee & Associates NYC has represented Parched Hospitality Group to facilitate the relocation of its Isla & Co. restaurant concept to 66 Grand Street in Williamsburg. The modern Australian restaurant will occupy 2,150 s/f of ground-floor space in a 10-year lease.
Brett Brownstein, Jordan Cohen, and Garry Steinberg of Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, Parched Hospitality Group, in this transaction. The landlord, Tidal Real Estate Partners, was represented by Hank O’Donnell of Good Space.

The restaurant was previously located at The William Vale at 111 N 12th Street in Williamsburg and has two additional locations in Midtown, Manhattan, and West Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to Isla & Co., Parched Hospitality Group owns and operates Wallflower in Flatiron, Daintree in Midtown, and Hole in the Wall with locations in Williamsburg, Murray Hill, Flatiron, and the Financial District.
