Atlas Men’s Health finds first Manhattan location at 505 Eighth Ave.
Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, LLC, Atlas Men’s Health, a leading men's health clinic based in Long Island, NY that specializes in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), male hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss and other men's health issues, has signed a five-year lease for 3,800 s/f on the sixth floor of 505 Eighth Ave., the company’s first Manhattan location.
Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate, represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction; Uriel Gandelman of OfficeNYC.com, Inc., represented the tenant. Atlas Men’s Health will use the space for its general and executive offices as well as for patient consultations and services. The company is expected to move in the Fall 2025.
