Cronheim Hotel Capital arranges refinancing of the Holiday Inn Roanoke-Tanglewood
Roanoke, VA Cronheim Hotel Capital (CHC) has arranged financing to refinance the Holiday Inn Roanoke-Tanglewood. The fixed-rate loan was provided through a CMBS execution.
The hotel is a strategically positioned hospitality asset located less than 10 minutes from downtown Roanoke. It sits at the intersection of Routes 419 and 220, just three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway—which offers abundant outdoor recreational opportunities along the Appalachian Highlands—and is less than 20 minutes from Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport.
