Lee & Associates NYC lease 23,000 s/f to Capital Fund Management
Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC represented Capital Fund Management (CFM), a Paris-based hedge fund firm with over $19 billion under management, in its relocation to 510 Madison Ave. in the Plaza District from the Chrysler Building. CFM signed a long-term lease and will occupy 23,000 s/f on the entire 28th and 29th floors. CFM is expected to move into its new space in March of 2026.
Richard Plehn and Lisa Ann Pollakowski from Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, CFM. The landlord, BXP, Inc., was represented in-house by Heather Kahn and Will Stark.
“CFM chose to move from the iconic Chrysler Building in pursuit of a more central financial district location within a modern building,” said Pollakowski, executive managing director at Lee & Associates NYC. “While 510 Madison Avenue offered many attractive features, the abundance of natural light and the reputation of the landlord were key factors in their decision.”
