Brenner joins Adirondack Capital as assoc. director
Manhattan, NY Jacob Brenner has joined Adirondack Capital Partners (ACP) as associate director. Brenner will focus on sourcing, analyzing, and executing middle-market industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Northeast, with an emphasis on digital infrastructure, advanced manufacturing facilities and logistics opportunities.
Brenner brings a mix of logistics expertise and strategic market insight to ACP’s growing industrial platform. Before joining ACP, he led pricing strategy and market intelligence at a national logistics firm, where he developed cost forecasting tools, streamlined workflows, and led market education initiatives. His operational background, particularly in logistics and supply chain optimization, provides a critical edge in identifying off-market opportunities and structuring high-value transactions.
“Jacob embodies everything we look for at ACP — entrepreneurial spirit, technical fluency, and a deep desire to grow,” said Michael Hunter Coghill, managing partner at Adirondack Capital Partners. “His logistics background gives us an edge in understanding the needs of industrial users and operators, and his fluency in advanced manufacturing and supply chain dynamics will be instrumental as we expand across sectors like distribution, data centers, and battery production facilities. As a native New Yorker familiar with the Upstate market and now based in NYC, he brings geographic insight that aligns perfectly with our strategy.”
“What drew me to ACP was the team’s momentum, transparency and their collaborative approach,” added Brenner. “This is a lean and driven group that punches well above its weight. I’m excited to apply my market analytics and operational strategy experience to help accelerate ACP’s growth in industrial real estate.”
A graduate of the University at Buffalo, Brenner holds multiple certifications including Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) and advanced pricing strategy training through the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA). He served on both the TIA’s Certified Transportation Broker Committee—and the FreightWaves SONAR Customer Advisory Board, a national freight tech platform focused on real-time market insights.
