Janel Corporation extends lease at GFP’s 80 Eighth Ave.
Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate LLC, Janel Corporation (OTCQX: JANL), a publicly traded holding company that acquires and supports businesses across various sectors, primarily operating through its subsidiaries in logistics, life sciences, and manufacturing, has signed a three-year lease extension for its 3,301 s/f offices on the 15th floor of 80 Eighth Ave. in Chelsea.
Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, and the tenant, Janel Corporation, in the transaction. The company, which first moved into the building in 2017, will continue to use the space for its general and executive offices.
