Williams Equities secures 41,000 s/f lease with impact.com

Manhattan, NY William Equities said that impact.com has signed a 10-year, 41,000 s/f lease at 470 Park Ave. South. impact.com will more than double its office space, relocating its current 18,000 s/f headquarters to 470 Park Ave. South in Q1 2026. Encompassing the entire fifth and sixth floors, the transaction marks the largest lease since Williams Equities acquired the building in early 2025.
Williams Equities’ principals, Michael Cohen, Andrew Roos, and Robert Getreu, and their leasing agents at Colliers International, Jessica Verdi, Mac Roos and Rachel Kirkham, represented ownership. Alex Leopold of CBRE represented impact.com.
