Toss Securities and Copper.co sign leases totaling 14,000 s/f at Global Holdings’ Nomad Tower
Manhattan, NY Global Holdings signed leases with two fast-growing fintech companies at Nomad Tower. Combined, Toss Securities and Copper.co will occupy nearly 14,000 s/f of pre-built, move-in-ready spaces on the 25th floor. The 39-story office tower is also known as 1250 Broadway in NoMad in Midtown South.
Toss Securities — the largest data-driven investment platform in South Korea and a subsidiary of South Korean fintech giant Viva Republica, which operates the financial super app Toss — signed a seven-year lease for 5,973 s/f. Its integrated account service allows users to trade a variety of financial instruments from a single account without downloading additional apps.
Copper.co, an institutional digital asset custody and trading infrastructure provider, signed a five-year lease for 7,985 s/f. The firm is a leader in digital asset custody, collateral management, and prime services, offering institutional investors secure and efficient ways to acquire, trade, and store cryptoassets. Copper’s platform reduces counterparty risk while improving capital and operational efficiency in digital asset markets.

The landlord for both deals was represented by JLL’s Paul Glickman, Mitchell Konsker, Diana Biascotti, Benjamin Bass, Kristen Morgan, and Thomas Potter, along with Global Holdings’ Alex Radmin and Craig Panzirer.

Located in Nomad north of Madison Square Park, Nomad Tower is a 39-story glass-and-steel tower that encompasses an entire block front on Broadway between 31st and 32nd Sts. Designed by Shreve Lamb & Harmon and built to the highest institutional standards , the building offers large flexible floor plates with unmatched views on the tower floors.
In 2019, Global Holdings completed a $55 million renovation of the building including a new lobby, a small amphitheater for tenants, and a large open staircase leading down to the 15,000 s/f basement recreation space featuring a lounge with pool tables, arcade games and couches, two conference rooms, a gym, bike room, showers and locker rooms.
Toss Securities and Copper.co join a roster of existing tenants at Nomad Tower including technology firms Elastic and Datavant, law firm Gunderson Dettmer, translation and language services company Transperfect, and online real estate marketplace Zillow.
