What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why?
Over my 20-year career, a standout project was a Workplace Strategy initiative for a technology client’s India HQ. It was so rewarding to collaborate with a visionary leader who set high standards, pushing us to elevate workplace strategy at every stage. Our team pioneered engagement models, evolving from strategy to Workplace Strategy+. We deeply explored the context of hybrid work, high-performing team needs, and the mindset of a focused workforce, studying behaviors and motivations. The outcome was a blend of metrics and insights into fostering global tech innovation.
What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?
For women considering a career in commercial real estate, I recommend having a clear plan with tangible goals tied to a timeline. The field is evolving, with many senior women leaders breaking barriers. Focus on your skills and passions that can sustain long-term growth. Seek mentors and build a reliable network to support your journey. Finally, have big ambitions and a plan to pursue them, as commercial real estate now offers a platform to achieve your aspirations.
