What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?

I think adaptability is key in CRE right now. The market moves fast. Rates change, investor needs shift, and new tools pop up all the time but if you can stay flexible, spot opportunities early, and pivot when needed, you’ll always be ahead.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

Build your network early and don’t be afraid to take up space in the room. CRE can feel intimidating at first, but relationships are everything. And remember, you don’t need to know everything on day one...confidence and curiosity will take you far.
