Hard work and passion are the two things that will never be replaced in commercial real estate. AI and technology will help us do our jobs but passion and I love for what you do will never be replaced.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

I would urge any woman joining the commercial real estate industry to show up and be present for key industry moments. There is no substitute for in-person networking and getting to know the right people who are shaping the future of our industry.
