The ability to become a truly trusted advisor to your clients is crucial in today’s competitive legal market. Developing strong client relationships takes time and hard work. In my experience, treating clients like your partners, being laser-focused on their needs and goals, and consistently delivering your best possible work is a surefire way to earn your clients’ trust.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

Step out of your comfort zone and take calculated risks. Doing hard things and pushing boundaries is a great way to learn and grow.
