What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why?
One of my most rewarding deals was representing the landlord in an 8,400 s/f lease to Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center in Brooklyn. This space enabled them to expand vital mental health and developmental services in a community. This project reflects how commercial real estate can go beyond square footage, driving meaningful impact, supporting local organizations, and helping neighborhoods thrive.
What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?
Resilience is essential in commercial real estate — especially as a woman in NYC’s outer boroughs. These markets are dynamic, diverse, and often undervalued, making deals complex and opportunities uneven. In a male-dominated field, I’ve learned to advocate for myself, build trust quickly, and stay grounded, sharp, and committed. Paired with local knowledge and genuine relationships, resilience is what turns survival into success.
