What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why?

One of my most rewarding projects has been leasing space to tenants, seeing their businesses thrive, and later renegotiating lease extensions. Helping build that success — and earning word-of-mouth referrals — reflects the trust and long-term relationships that make this work meaningful.

What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?

In commercial real estate, strong tenant relations and strict legal compliance are vital for success. Positive, transparent tenant relationships build trust, encourage renewals, and drive long-term occupancy. Staying current with legal standards protects assets and minimizes risks. Together, they form the foundation for sustainable property management and growth.
