What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?

Adaptability is essential. The real estate and title insurance industries are constantly evolving due to changes in technology, regulations, and client expectations. Being able to embrace change, learn new skills, and stay ahead of industry trends is key to long-term success. Being in such a fast moving environment, organizational skills and efficiency are strengths that have helped me significantly to build a strong team.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

Believe in your abilities and don’t be afraid to speak up. Build a strong network, seek out mentors, and continuously invest in your professional development. The industry offers tremendous opportunities for women who are driven, knowledgeable, and willing to advocate for themselves.
