IREM NYC to host 7th annual Charity Clay Shoot October 10

New Paltz, NY IREM NYC is hosting it’s seventh annual Charity Clay Shoot on October 10, 2025 at Mid-Hudson Sporting Grounds and one of IREM’s valued industry partners, Niche Waterproofing, is this year’s event sponsor.

This event brings property managers and other real estate professionals together for camaraderie, competition, and charitable giving — all in support of two amazing organizations: SHAREing & CAREing –founded in 1994, this Queens-based nonprofit supports cancer patients and their families across NYC with education, counseling, and critical resources — all completely free of charge. GiGi’s Playhouse NYC – Since 2012, this grass-roots nonprofit has empowered individuals with Down syndrome to achieve their fullest potential through free programs focused on social, academic, and life skills.

Since 2019, IREM NYC has proudly donated over $200,000 in clay shoot proceeds to these two life-changing organizations.
