Fitzgerald of Largo Capital secures $4.3 million construction financing

Cortez, FL Ian Fitzgerald of Largo Capital, Inc. secured construction financing for five luxury single-family homes. The 18-month loan, structured as non-recourse (completion guaranty only), features interest-only payments for the full term. The homes are part of Hunters Point, an 86-unit waterfront residential resort community recognized as one of the nation’s first fully sustainable, Net Zero LEED Certified developments.
Each of the three-story detached homes will include three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a two-car enclosed garage, and a private plunge pool, offering a blend of modern coastal living and environmentally conscious design.
The property provides direct access to Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and the dining, shopping, and arts scene of downtown Sarasota-Bradenton.
Largo previously financed 6 other Hunters Point homes, bringing the total to 11 homes financed by Fitzgerald and the Largo Capital team to date.
